“Cyber Security ‐ The Unsung Heroes!” celebrates the positive cybersecurity habits and actions taken by people each day.  We will review the new trends in cybercrime and the latest cybersecurity innovations. We will assess cybercrime statistics that relate to real estate professionals and their industry.

The focus will be to increase awareness of the best actions and behaviors to adopt to protect your office from cyberattacks. By building strong cybersecurity culture, fraudsters and criminals can be stopped in their tracks. Healthy habits like paying attention to online situations, being aware of your surroundings, and protecting your information will be presented to increase the strength of your office's cybersecurity footprint.

This presentation shares positive stories that explain how cyberattacks and fraud schemes were preemptively stopped, both by consumers and employees, through their sound cybersecurity decisions. The goal of today’s presentation is to highlight and promote sound cybersecurity actions and habits. This presentation is intended to provide information for participants and augment and maintain healthy cybersecurity habits, both at the business and home office.
